Activation
WhatsApp CRM PRO uses online license activation against https://telepilotpro.com/api/license/activate with product slug whatsapp-crm-pro.
Steps
- Purchase or receive a license key (
TP-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) from My Licenses. - Open web.whatsapp.com.
- When the WhatsApp CRM PRO activation screen appears, paste your license key.
- Click Activate License. The extension generates a machine code automatically and binds the license to this browser. You do not type a machine code in admin.
- WhatsApp Web reloads and CRM features unlock.
Admin manual licenses
If an admin created your license in Admin → Licenses:
- Select product WhatsApp CRM PRO (not desktop TelePilot Pro).
- Machine Code is hidden for this product — leave it empty. The extension generates it on WhatsApp Web.
Transfer / deactivate
Each license is bound to one browser machine profile. Contact support or revoke from admin before activating on a new machine.

Where do I download WhatsApp CRM PRO?
After purchase, download the installer from My Licenses or Purchases in your customer dashboard. It is not a public direct link.
Can I run more than one WhatsApp number at the same time?
Yes. Each account runs in its own isolated session, so numbers stay signed in side by side without one logging the other out.
How does activation work?
The licence is asked for once, on first launch, and is bound to that computer. You are never asked again inside the CRM. Moving to different hardware needs a licence reset from support.
