Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using TelePilot Pro software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on 1 device with unlimited Telegram accounts, subject to the billing plan selected:
- Monthly License: Full access to all features for the licensed product(s). Renews monthly at the price shown at checkout or on the product page at the time of purchase. Cancel anytime.
- Yearly License: Full access to all features for the licensed product(s). Renews annually at the price shown at checkout or on the product page at the time of purchase.
- Lifetime License: Full access to all features for the licensed product(s) permanently with no recurring charges, at the one-time price shown at checkout or on the product page at the time of purchase. Includes all future updates for that license.
All plans include unlimited Telegram accounts and access to all 40+ automation features with no restrictions.
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share the Software or your license key
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software for illegal activities or unsolicited spam
- Use the Software to harass, threaten, or harm others
- Modify or create derivative works based on the Software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for how you use the Software, including compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local anti-spam laws). We provide the tools; you are responsible for using them ethically and legally.
5. Payments & Pricing
Applicable prices are those displayed at checkout or on the product page at the time of purchase, and are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing licenses are not affected by price changes.
6. Refund Policy
TelePilot Pro does not offer refunds. All software purchases, licenses, and digital product sales are final. We do not provide a money-back guarantee, return window, or refund of any kind once payment is completed.
All Sales Final
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and that all sales are final. No refunds, chargebacks for buyer's remorse, or partial credits will be issued for software licenses or digital goods.
If you have a technical issue with licensed software, contact support so we can help you resolve it. Support assistance does not create a right to a refund.
7. Software Updates
All plans include access to software updates for the duration of the active license period. Monthly and Yearly license holders receive updates while their subscription is active. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates permanently at no additional cost. After a Monthly or Yearly license expires without renewal, you may continue using the last version downloaded but will not receive new updates until the license is renewed.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not responsible for any Telegram account restrictions resulting from use of the Software.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TelePilot Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Software.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Software for illegal purposes.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in the Software. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
