Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using TelePilot Pro software ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software on 1 device with unlimited Telegram accounts, subject to the billing plan selected:

• Monthly License ($100/month): Full access to all features. Renews monthly. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly License ($499/year): Full access to all features. Renews annually. Saves 58% vs monthly.
• Lifetime License ($1,999 one-time): Full access to all features permanently with no recurring charges. Includes all future updates.

All plans include unlimited Telegram accounts and access to all 40+ automation features with no restrictions.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the Software or your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
• Use the Software for illegal activities or unsolicited spam
• Use the Software to harass, threaten, or harm others
• Modify or create derivative works based on the Software
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for how you use the Software, including compliance with Telegram's Terms of Service, applicable laws, and regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and local anti-spam laws). We provide the tools; you are responsible for using them ethically and legally.

5. Payments & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time; existing licenses are not affected by price changes.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for eligible software products. To request a refund:

• Contact us within 7 days of purchase
• Provide your order number and reason for refund
• Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

Refunds are not available if: you have violated these Terms, your license key has been shared or compromised, or the refund request is made after the 7-day period.

7. Software Updates

All plans include access to software updates for the duration of the active license period. Monthly and Yearly license holders receive updates while their subscription is active. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates permanently at no additional cost. After a Monthly or Yearly license expires without renewal, you may continue using the last version downloaded but will not receive new updates until the license is renewed.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems. We are not responsible for any Telegram account restrictions resulting from use of the Software.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TelePilot Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Software.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the Software for illegal purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in the Software. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
